📋Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 47bd ("47bd", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://47bd.vip. By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using any feature of the 47bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety.

47bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

👤Account Registration & Security

Each registered user of the 47bd platform holds a single personal account. The account is non-transferable and may only be used by the registered account holder. 47bd bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where the account holder has failed to maintain adequate security of their login credentials.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 47bd login credentials including your password and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• 47bd support staff will never request your account password in any communication channel. Any message purporting to be from 47bd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must contact 47bd support immediately at [email protected] and change your password via the account password reset function.
• 47bd reserves the right to suspend or close any account where fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed, with or without prior notice.
• Account closure requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Any remaining verified balance at the time of account closure will be processed for withdrawal to the registered bKash or Nagad account within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

47bd may carry out enhanced due diligence (EDD) at any stage of the account lifecycle. This may include requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, source of funds documentation, and payment method verification. Users in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh are equally subject to these requirements.

💰Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 47bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Bank transfers to selected Bangladeshi banks are available for larger withdrawal amounts. The following conditions apply to all transactions.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the account holder's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger an account review.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 47bd, though your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawal requests are only processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This anti-money-laundering measure ensures that funds always return to their verified source.
• 47bd does not charge a withdrawal fee for standard bKash and Nagad transactions. Bank transfer fees, if any, are stated at the time of the withdrawal request. Processing times are estimates only and may be extended during periods of high demand or system maintenance.
• 47bd reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the transaction amount is unusually large or where account activity is inconsistent with the player's historical profile.

🚫Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent exclusion from the 47bd platform. 47bd reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent or criminal conduct to the relevant authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements, exploit game mechanics, or manipulate account activity in any way.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or using fabricated personal information, for any purpose including circumventing a self-exclusion, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a previous ban.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any source not legally owned by the account holder.
• Exploiting any software bug, game error, pricing error, or system vulnerability. Any winnings derived from an identifiable error must be reported to support immediately and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or to artificially meet wagering requirements through structured betting patterns (also known as "match betting" or "bonus hunting").
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive language directed at 47bd staff or other platform users via any communication channel including live chat or email.

⚖️Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 47bd's aggregate liability to any user arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. The following specific exclusions of liability also apply.

• 47bd is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, maintenance periods, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.
• 47bd is not liable for losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, or from a user acting in breach of these Terms.
• 47bd does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access. 47bd will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where operationally feasible.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

📝Amendments & Governing Law

47bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via the email address or mobile number on file. The amended Terms will take effect on the date stated in the amendment notice. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and the general norms applicable to online entertainment services in the Bangladesh market. 47bd operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations regarding specific regulatory approvals beyond those stated on this site.
